Faculty / Teacher consultation
In addition to small, interactive classroom sessions, all University teaching staff are available for face-to-face student consultation on campus each week. If you are looking to build greater understanding of a particular module during your studies, you are encouraged to join a consultation individually, or as a group.

If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of your studies or experience, you have the right to raise a complaint.
Steps include:
Student Cause for Concern Form or visit our Student Services to tell us why you are concerned about a student. We can help them get the right support
Your safety is our priority. If you feel unable to keep yourself safe, please phone 110 for emergency help.
If you are on campus, call 110 for the emergency services. Afterwards, please call +62 811-2024-0447 for Security Reception to let them know (this is to ensure they can direct the emergency services appropriately on arrival). If you are unable to use a phone, speak to Student Services at Student Connect.

If you’ve witnessed or experienced behaviour or communication from someone that has caused you fear, offence or distress, you can contact Student Services for help, advice or to make a report.
