Dr Bennett is a Lecturer in Computer Science and Cyber Security at Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia. His primary research areas are Software Engineering and Cyber Security, with a particular focus on how developers detect and repair security vulnerabilities. Dr Bennett has five years of experience teaching core software engineering concepts covering software design and testing. In his spare time, Dr Bennett enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and riding his motorcycle. Lancaster is situated in between three national parks which offer plenty of recreational opportunities. Dr Bennett also likes to travel and enjoys learning about the local architecture, history and art.
