Your well-being is essential to your success. The Wellbeing Hub brings together services to support your mental, physical, digital, financial, and spiritual health—ensuring you feel safe, respected, and supported during your time at DLI.

Life as a student can be exciting but also challenging. We encourage you to reach out early if you need help — asking for support is a positive step.

Student Counsellors with experience in specific aspects of emotional wellbeing are available to offer guidance on any aspect of life that might be causing you stress or concern. Welfare support from counsellors is available via our Student Services for current students.

Appointments can be made concerning issues such as:

  • Student safety
  • Loneliness, homesickness
  • Personal relationships, harassment
  • Your studies and academic difficulties
  • Financial problems
  • Personal trauma
  • Employment options
  • Concerns regarding friends and family
  • Personal health
  • Legal difficulties

These sessions are offered in Bahasa or English via video or in person. To book a confidential appointment email student support

Looking after your health, both physical and digital, is key to a balanced study life.

We offer and can connect you with:

  • On-campus and local health and medical services
  • Guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and physical health
  • Support for balancing digital habits, privacy, and screen time

Money worries shouldn’t get in the way of your studies.

We provide:

  • Hardship support and access to grants/funds
  • Referrals to trusted financial/community services

We take your safety seriously and want our campuses to be welcoming, respectful, and safe.

Options include:

  • Reporting harassment, bullying, or unsafe behaviour (confidential or anonymous)
  • Zero tolerance for sexual assault or violence
  • All incidents evaluated and followed up appropriately

We celebrate diversity and respect the privacy of your faith or belief choices. There are several facilities on and around the campus to support your faith and spiritual engagement.

Students will have access to:

  • Prayer room on campus and Mosque (An-Nur) within the PT Inti area
  • Christian church – GRII Bandung (Jl. Moch. Toha No.229, Ciseureuh, Kec. Regol, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40255)
  • Hindu temples – Pura Puser Dayeuh Siliwangi (Jl. Lembong No.38, Braga, Kec. Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40111)
  • Buddhist temples – Vihara Tagten Ling (Jl. Mekar Cemerlang No.2, Mekarwangi,Kec. Bojongloa Kidul, Jawa, Barat, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40237)
  • Non-denominational activities

Wellbeing is also about belonging and connection.

We may offer:

  • Drop-in sessions, creative activities, and peer groups
  • Group mentoring and peer support opportunities
  • Co-production groups where students shape wellbeing services
  • Orientation and preparation programs to help you settle into university life

Afterwards, please call +62 811-2024-0447 for Security Reception to let them know (this is to ensure they can direct the emergency services appropriately on arrival). If you’ve witnessed or experienced behaviour or communication from someone that has caused you fear, offence or distress, you can contact Student Services for help, advice or to make a report.

We’re happy to talk to staff, students and visitors and we evaluate all incidents and communication.
